PROPERTIES
DBC4A module is a video distributor with 4 channels and an isolation protection function.
- Can be used as a controller with 4 inputs (door stations) or 4 outputs (indoor stations).
- Separate insulation protection without influence on other devices in the 2-wire technology system.
- Short-circuit indicator for easy maintenance.
- Periodic self-detection mechanism for recovery.
IN-USE: LED, lights up when a signal is received.
POWER: LED, lights up when power is applied.
Impedance switch: Video switch, the last DBC4A module at the end of a BUS connection should be set to ON to match the video impedance.
The POWER indicator will light up orange when this function is activated.
BUS: Input, BUS connection port.
A,B,C,D: Outputs for connecting door stations and indoor stations.
Note:
Operating mode: Protection mode is activated as soon as the connected devices are short-circuited and the power supply for the outputs ABCD is switched off.
The flashing In-Use indicator shows that the distributor is in protection mode.
Self-detection: System automatically checks whether a short circuit has been rectified or not and then automatically restores the power supply.
The IN-USE LED is switched off.
